That injustice does not take money from everyone!

That injustice does not take money from everyone!

Strong warning messages issued recently by the US Ambassador in Tirana, Yuri Kim, on the fight against corruption in Albania, warning of traffickers, messages to the people before the elections "Do not vote for criminals", messages for justice reform: - "Do not vote "pretend more", give the people the message of a great commitment to contribute to building a democratic rule of law. The above messages, referring to whom they are addressed, but also given that the fight against corruption from the US, started initially with senior exponents of the opposition and the authorities, leave room to think, as if supporting the current government which has overwhelmed us. This is probably because Albanians have always seen the United States as the state that contributes most strongly to democracy in Albania, even when that democracy is endangered, as already, or because he is very tired of this government, strongly undermining democracy in Albania. And while Ambassador Kim is engaged, our state is watching, as if the construction of the rule of law belongs to foreign ambassadors in Tirana. In reality, building a democratic rule of law - the rule of law - is the task of power. In fact, a government that came to buy votes, can not be democratic, can not show any tolerance even if it wants to, nor can it want and support justice reform. So it will have to oppress at all costs those who rebel against misgovernment. But, in addition to the basic contribution that state institutions must make, building the rule of law also requires civic engagement, which for the sake of truth is very low - a product of the current growing dictatorial regime. In the sense of contribution as citizens, we have to say and repeat the serious and ugly phenomena - that unfortunately against them, we never had a lineup of all. This, so that foreign ambassadors in Tirana, especially that of America with special commitments for such a state, to hear the opinions of the people who face every day more and more the lack of rule of law. On the contrary, "They" will be left only with the opinions of politicians, of those in power, with what they see in the advertisements made by the government for achievements where the failures are covered. But beyond these, beyond what they manage to understand themselves, it is necessary, in my opinion, to be understood by the people as well. The reality in Albania, unfortunately, is completely different from what is advertised by the authorities. What can be expected from a power that flows and is maintained at all levels with threats, blackmail, filth, drugs, trafficking, banditry? These that our eyes are seeing, and are killing us more and more every day! The murders that are happening one after the other, the forced departure of Albanians abroad - more and more…, to the abuse of minors by blackmailing them in school premises, drugs and schools (the place of formation of the new generation ), are clear evidence of the dysfunction of the state, but also of the inability of leaders or the selection of those who know how to do it and cover corruption and stupidity. Those who are killed and killed the most are victims of injustices, of a lack of justice. The real criminals are the superpowers, the collars, the parellins who do not even "remember" how they earned that money. They have penetrated into decision-making in power and through power also into justice, consequently. If work is to be directly related to justice, or to claim your right in an institutional way, you will understand this. In this country, the strong, those who have money, criminals win even when they are not right. As for gaining the right a righteous one, a needy one is not even a question, what to give? The soul? It is enough to observe one day in the premises (corridors) of the ministries, or in the courts - especially those who review criminal cases (the category of people waiting) you will be convinced of this. These years, Albanians have been "massacred" in one way or another by this government and its levers. Most have endured and accepted this "massacre" by coexisting with him (someone from material temptations, someone from threats). For those who did not tolerate it and reacted, the "massacre" was public, inhuman. And while talking about the fight against corruption, organized crime, human rights are being violated without thinking twice. One of them, "freedom of expression" has been violated as never before and this is an alarm. If you criticize the director, the boss, raise issues by proposing solutions - you are accused of "disrupting unity in the collective" and should be thrown into the street. If you criticize the Prime Minister, the Minister, for bad governance - "you are a destroyer of national unity" and you are persecuted by your family, overwhelming your family. Not as in a democratic state as it should be, but as in a mafia state at every step feels pressure. But if you are silent, you lick the director, the boss, - "contributes to strengthening unity" even though you may be corrupt, matrapaz, mascara, villain or maniac collarisur or not. To raise a problem that is not only a personal concern, but of society, of education, or ... even "a request for information to make" - something that the law allows, the government to attack those who obey it, because they feel it the fear of the scammers and the corruption that they have done over the years.Go where you want for injustices, but justice sinks deeper and deeper and injustices add up one after another. So here it is difficult, almost impossible to find justice; It is difficult to reform the judiciary here, because the power of power and politics has gripped justice and whether they like it or not, in every decision they will obey the dictates of power. In our country, the power of opinion prevails, not evidence and facts. in the media to say, we even say it ourselves, that justice reform is difficult. But, when we say so, we leave the shadow of doubt for the vetting that has been done for a part of the judiciary. Doubts, “has this power influenced the selections here as well! In fact, when it comes to justice reform, the emphasis is on judges and prosecutors, perhaps because they are the decision-makers. But part of the system are also the NGOs that conduct investigations (often irresponsible or according to the interest or clues they receive) and lawyers, so this category, I think, should be subject to vetting. The "bridge" between the client and the prosecutor or judge is the lawyer - in the sense of clarifying the legal direction of the case, the interpretations they give and the objections of the representative party, but also the fact that there are prosecutors who refuse to meet the party, but only the lawyer. ) or deputy director (!); or those who favor drug sales or student abuse in institutions. Also for those ordinary people with doubts about property insurance. Therefore, I think that the fight against corruption should start with the current state corruption and crime to prevent the momentum that the rulers and those in power have taken everywhere. In this way, justice reform will take a serious path. That way the people will be able to breathe freely - they will be able to speak. A people with a dictatorial government cannot be called free. The third term of this government is not expected to bring changes, on the contrary, it has just started with the murders in the middle of the day, with strong revenge against the opponents. It is enough to be a little attentive on the street, at work, in a cafe, in the palace, in your apartment,… and realizes that the tools of power (the sold, the unworthy, the defiled, the fucks) have been released as if raging, not only for pressure, blackmail, but to spread negative opinions, in order to sow everywhere hatred for critics of power, thinking that the force of opinion is more "killer" than the facts. Problematic people are promoted by the government as honorable people, while people who dare to speak at all costs want to label them in public as problematic. In such conditions, either the state is not able to protect its citizens, or the citizens are not interested only in their maximum enrichment. That is why Albanian youth have the mind to leave the country. And not only young people, but also their parents if we could emigrate. Me personally, not even in '97, described as the most horrible year, it has not occurred to me to leave the country, these years yes. Is there a more serious crime than threatening them with family, blackmailing, provoking endlessly, accusing them without grounds, enough to throw them in the street (and come find the right accusation !!); to persecute them even in the apartment - deeply violating the freedom, private life, of those citizens who dare to speak ?! In other words - Do not let them live, you "kill" morally. This is democracy in Albania! This is the power of "three mandates"! Therefore, as a citizen, I have dared to contribute to the fight against corruption in education; that I have raised my voice strongly against abuses and contributed to a quality education, but not only and I have tried the oppressive (barbaric) force of this power, I would like that through these issues raised, to convey a message to the American ambassador in Tirana, Juri Kim, apologizing as I am a simple citizen: “This government barbarically suppresses free speech. "I understand why; I am using the technique of 'sacrifices' to critics to silence the population. So I think it is immediate that the fight against corruption and organized crime should start with the current, multidimensional corruption and state crime."
