Politics, as a process of relations between people, is the answer to all the problems that concern society. But it gains the admiration and trust of every society, when it builds strategies with the right programs for change, in the interest of increasing the economic level and the well-being of citizens. But in Albania the word politics has aroused disgust and hatred, due to the very fact that it was dressed in masks of hypocrisy, creating the layer of the ruling plutocracy, within the framework of democracy. One of these plutocrats that makes noise and raises its voice more than others is the profile of Berishism and its clan. This profile, built on the background of dozens of behind-the-scenes, frauds, affairs and crimes, wearing the masks of political hypocrisy, has held democratic developments in Albania hostage. This resentment of his character, it is confirmed by numerous archive documents, inside and outside the country, which prove that throughout his career as head of state and party, he danced with masks of hypocrisy. But no matter how much the truth is camouflaged and disguised, one day it emerges strongly with all its subjectivism, both in the negative and the positive sense. Many who do not know his profile, or who do not believe the truth but alibis with deception, hypocrisy and lies, continue to form and breathe his destructive anatomy. The entire career of this diabolical man, extracted from various archives including the Italian ones, became known in 1997-98, by the prestigious Kosovar newspaper "Koha Ditore" today "Koha Net". These materials talk about its origin, of Russian grandparents who came from the surroundings of the Caspian Sea in the Balkans in the 19th century to Gjakova, and after converting to Muslim, they took the surname Berisha, widely used in that region. The conflicts that arose in the surroundings of Gjakova with local residents caused his family to leave and settle in the village of Viçidol in Tropoja. This is where the adventure of his biblical journey begins, and with the help of his older brother Idrizi, who is no longer alive, he is accepted as a member of the APS. But the man who had helped Saliu so much in his family, former director of the Directorate of Internal Affairs Zef Loka, who kept his file, was "rewarded" by Saliu by putting him in prison, like many others, not excluding doctors. . While working as a doctor and party secretary of the civil hospital in Tirana, he worked diligently to gain the trust of the party, while on the other hand, he aimed to lose his tracks as an agent of the UDB, recruited since December 30 of the year 1974. In the file with the nickname "Bisturia", located in the UDB archives in Belgrade, all his contributions are recorded. Fearing that he would be discovered, he entered the Reserve Brigade of the Guard, which, being in the service of the leadership, felt more protected. There, with the tricks and mischief that have characterized his whole life, he made all efforts to become Hysni Kapo's doctor, instead of Dine Abazi, but he could not and ended up with Simon Stefani's family. Regarding his agent activity in those years, the Albanian discovery outside Albania, sends an information against detection, where it was written that there are two UDB channels operating in Albania. One channel from the village of Viçidol i Tropoja, while the other from Shkodra, but without mentioning names. But Liria was the daughter of Rexhep Ramovic, a former Albanian student who did not return to Albania, after the breakdown of relations with the former Yugoslavia, but remains in Kosovo in the service of UDB. He was married to the sister of the colonel of UDB Milica, a former officer of OZNES. After the liberation of Yugoslavia, Milica, aunt of Liberty, became a supporter of the infamous Rankovi?, Tito's pencil drawing the plans for the genocide against the Kosovar Albanians. Meksi won the race with votes, but it took the intervention of Azem Hajdari, so that the elections were repeated, promising Meksi the office of prime minister while Saliu was the chairman of the Democratic Party. Saliu was the beniamin of the USA from the eastern leaders, but I do not justify their trust when he was dictated as an agent of the UDB, but even worse was the return of Albania to the center of Islamic fundamentalism. Bashkim Gazidede was engaged in this activity, as well as this UDB agent, who brought dangerous terrorists into Albania. for the construction of the twin towers on the central boulevard of Tirana. With his loud propaganda, which continues even today, he has appeared as if he is the innocent man of the Albanian society, when in fact he is its biblical curse. But in his negative role, his wife, dressed in the veil of wisdom, has been the evil of this family's structure. In this family, individuality and not the ideas of change and progress have ruled, both from Saliu himself and his ethnic Serbian wife and children. The invisible Liri, who has appeared in public as a wise sheep, played the strings behind his back, nurturing in him the majesty of evil. With the tribal concept of being successful, he has spared nothing in implementing the plans of Liberty, which has always been dominant in his criminal decision making, from the establishment of pyramid companies and up to the negotiations of 354.4 square km of sea, which his former foreign minister Basha signed for Greece. Some of the acts that compromise his profile, like a voluminous black file, are economic crime, with arms and ammunition traffic in the Middle East and Africa, as well as CEZ corruption affairs, but above all state and political crime . These acts start from the event of 1991 in Shkodër, that the way the protest was organized, causing conflict with the consequences of killing people, as well as the formal trial of the event with farcical decisions, is reminiscent of the burning of the "German Flag". The disappearance of the Albanian-Macedonian businessman Remzi Hoxha, where the main orderer was Saliu himself, while the executors of its implementation were Bashkim Gazidede, Arben Sefgjini, Ilir Kumbaro and the murderous executioner Budjon Meçe. Because Remzi Hoxha, a victim of the terrorist state, carried the tape of Saliu's ominous plans, in talks with Milosevic about the destruction of Albania, the events of the murders in Tropoja, which were buried by his selfishness, malice, division and madness. The burning of Albania with the intervention of the UDB in 1997, as well as the coup d'état on September 14, 1998.
