German unification and Albanian unification

October in our annual calendar is known as German October, because it includes many important events and happenings that have left their mark on European and international historiography. Before the final reunification of both Germanys took place, they first managed to conclude the signing of a treaty, which in world historiography is known as the Treaty of Unification. This happened on August 31, 1990, which sanctioned the dissolution of the German Democratic Republic, its acceptance into the Federal Republic of Germany and German unification. Previously, the first interstate treaty was signed between the two states on May 18 of the same year, which consisted of monetary, economic and social union. So, little by little, the road to German reunification was paved and was taking the path of solving this historical impasse. The strangest thing was the fact that, when the Unification Treaty was presented for final approval in the respective parliaments, there were many German deputies of both countries who came out against this treaty. What a surprise! Really surprising. This treaty included the accession of the German Democratic Republic to the FRG under Article 23 of the German Basic Law, which defined the new states and their existence in its preamble. Berlin would merge into a single city and become the capital of a united Germany. Thus the united Berlin reverted to Berlin under the Greater Berlin Act of 1920. Also the Federal Republic of Germany took over the assets of the GDR and was responsible for its national debt. This state treaty made it possible to solve many problems of reunification, thus opening the possibility of the rapid establishment of the rule of law and unity. According to constitutionalist experts, the Unification Treaty was at the same time a constitutional treaty, because the Basic Law, which was partially amended, was implemented as a constitution for the acceded part. The old constitutional law of the GDR was repealed and replaced with the Basic Law as a constitution with all the consequences that arose during such a constitutional adoption. While regarding our Albanian unification between Albania and Kosovo, the first steps have been taken. But we can say, that it is to cry at the same time. This comes from the fact that, when the relations between the two Albanian states are at their best, then we say out loud: Bravo. We are on the right path to unification! And when the relations between the two countries are in the dash, then that famous expression applies: Don't wipe the ink! How much I heard you! Through the Albanian and non-Albanian media, a unification of both countries is written and demanded in the widest possible sense. Of course, in the field of education, both countries have signed the very important agreement for the unification of pre-university education. What does it mean, that both Albanian states have unified the Primer of the Albanian language. This is a very important step, to unify this very important book for the future and continuity of the Albanian language in the future, because as is known, language is the basic element of a nation and its culture. Several meetings of both respective Albanian governments have been organized and several agreements have been signed, which, I don't know, are on the way to implementation or have been suspended for "unknown" reasons or are being implemented. Because in my opinion there is an informational terroir regarding the agreements signed so far. Of course, Albanian unification cannot be done in one year, two or five years, but only by cooperating and standing by each other's side and helping it in difficult and evil times, then Albanian unification can still get closer. a lot. Let the German way of unification and reunification of both German states be taken as a basis for realization. Because, as Samuel Huntington said in his book "The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of the World Order", in the post-Cold War world, divisions and divisions between people will not be ideological, political or economic, but they will be cultural. Could this be in our case? - I don't know, I am not very convinced by this in our Albanian case. However, we should not be afraid of the difficulties that arise and seek to hinder this progress. And the other, despite the fact that many international actors, except for the USA, do not want the unification of the Albanian factor, because otherwise it is strengthened and strengthened and becomes the number one factor in the future and can leave in total shadow all the "heads" around and Wider. However, we must unify. However, we should not be afraid of the difficulties that arise and seek to hinder this progress.
