Former member of the Democratic Party Rudina Hajdari revealed to Euronews Albania whether or not she has ambitions to head the Democratic Party.
She said that it would not be honest if she denied that she has such an interest, but now things must be seen beyond personal ambition.
"I have expressed on several special occasions that my ambition has been for the democratic party to have a governing force.
These last two years we have suffered from people who have strong ambitions and maybe today we need people who have less ambition and more zeal and desire to fix the party and work for the general interest of the Democratic Party and not personal ambition of an individual.
Regarding the part of ambition, I say that without a doubt every actor who enters politics has ambition, we should not deny this because it would not be honest", said Rudina Hajdari.
