Analyst Altin Gjeta says that the internal problems and crises of the Democratic Party will get out of control, while adding that these problems come as a result of lack of leadership, implying that it is about the leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha.
"SP has been in government for two terms and has started the third term, PD has remained in opposition 3 times. Internal problems and internal crises in the DP are likely to get out of control, because the DP has no opportunity to amortize the dissatisfaction in its membership. "The current crisis of the DP is a consequence of the lack of vision of the leadership, to make strong decisions in a timely manner", said Gjeta.
Regarding Basha's decision to expel Berisha from the PD parliamentary group, Gjeta says that it is an anti-statutory decision, while adding that such a decision should have been taken at another time.
"Both Basha and Berisha are currently out of their political time, because they will have to resolve their relationship and their relationship with the DP at another time at an earlier time, as it would give the DP the opportunity to create another model.
Basha's decision is not only anti-statutory. The decision to oust Berisha is not a decision that comes from his internal reflection. Basha has used this moment, ie the announcement of "Non Grata" of Berisha, from the USA, to remove him from the party. Basha could and should have done such an action earlier. Not an exception but distancing from the Berisha model. The fact that he did not do it, shows that he did not have the vision of leadership, and secondly he tried to get legitimacy from Berisha. "Berisha should have left with his head away, not in this way as he has left now", Gjeta told Ora News.
