Artan Hoxha says in "Shqip" by Rudina Xhunga that now after the publication of the audio recording for January 21, he has received many threats.

Hoxha said that his wife received gifts that exceed any ethical norm.

"My discussion with my wife these days was due to the threats that have come to her and they exceed any ethical norm. I'm used to it and I'm insensitive, but my wife told me to report this case to the prosecutor's office. But I told him that I, in the prosecutor's office, am not able to solve this issue which is so important, I can no longer solve something personal of mine and while there are other events. This was done because it entered the cyclone of politics. I have followed many colleagues in the media and I think that in our work the number one defense is professionalism and how fair we are with the work we do. This is the first thing that protects you. These days what bothers me the most is not the threat, as sometimes that impresses me when no one writes to me, it has become my litmus test. It bothers me and annoys me when people I know very well tell me to be careful, or tell me not to go out at night, don't go out alone, be careful what you drink, be careful where you sit. I try not to take these things seriously. But when some people say it then it starts to impress you. The underestimation I make of time is for politics to do its job," said Hoxha.
