The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, together with the vice-chairmen Flutura Açka and Kreshnik Çollaku, hosted the reporters of the Council of Europe in a meeting that took place in Tirana.
Basha introduced them to the package drawn up by DP experts, which, according to him, will restore Albanians' confidence in votes and politics, giving them decision-making power and a clean policy.

One of the main concerns in Albania is the buying and selling of votes and widespread corruption everywhere, which also affects the deformation of the voters' will.
