The EU unmasks Berisha's "dice", Gazment Bardhi, towards expulsion from the DP for violating the statute, deceiving allies and supporting Berisha's anti-American line

The scenarios

But besides receiving a "slap" and being unmasked as an ordinary fraud by the European Union, MP Gazment Bardhi, who has become a tool of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, declared "non-women" by the United States of America and Great Britain , risks being expelled from the Democratic Party. "SOT" newspaper has learned that Mr. Bardhi is in danger of being expelled from PD for violating the statute, deceiving allies and supporting Berisha's anti-American line. It is Article 27 of the Statute that imposes on the leadership of the Democratic Party to expel Bardhi from the party. "Breaking the internal discipline of the Party, undertaking actions, in any form or manner, that damage the electoral or political interests of the DPA, and failure to fulfill membership obligations, brings sanctions and restrictions of the rights of the member of the DPA; Disciplinary measures that can be taken against members are: warning, suspension and expulsion. These measures are taken by the Head of the Branch or the Head of the Party, as the case may be, states Article 27 of the PD statute. Meanwhile, the other reasons that endanger the positions of MP Bardhi are the deception he did by claiming that he was in contact with international partners and the decision to go after someone sanctioned by London and Washington like Sali Berisha. However, the decision to expel Bardhi from the Democratic Party is not unknown, as his colleagues have been expelled from the same resolution and statute that he voted for when he was not fighting alongside Berisha. Some of the current MPs have been expelled from the DP after being instigators and defending the violence of January 8, 2022, where the blue headquarters and the Democrats were violated by supporters of the elder Berisha. Avokati ka disa detyra te rëndësishme në kuadër të zbatimit te reformës në drejtësi, dhe për këtë arsye përfaqësuesit e SHBA dhe BE, kanë shprehur shqetësimin. Në kuadër të këtij shqetësimi kam vënë në lëvizje këtë proces. Jam përgjigjur një shqetësimi që na ka ardhur nga aleatët strategjik. Kam propozuar që ky proces të mos jetë një 17 maj tjetër, ku avokati zgjidhet duket ngrënë pica në një zyrë të Kuvendit, por një proces transparent. Nuk kam kërkuar të ulëm me Çuçin, por nga Kryetarja e Kuvendit, në cilësinë e saj si kreu i Parlamentit të ndërtoj një proces transparent mes palëve. Procese zgjedhore të institucioneve kushtetuese duke ngrënë pica e dukë pirë cigare me Edi Ramën janë të pa papranueshëm për grupin parlamentar të opozitës”, deklaroi Bardhi.
