DP MP, Oerd Bylykbashi has closely followed the voting process for the March 6 primaries.
Bylykbashi described it as a historic process.
"This is a historic process, it is the first time that PD members determine who is the candidate who will run for them and not the mayor with his stamp. It is what we sanctioned in the December 11 statute with the vote of 4436 delegates approving a statute that expanded democracy within the party.
