Sali Berisha reacted after the arrest of the General Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Joana Duro, on the same day that Saimir Tahiri was released from prison.
The former prime minister writes that instead of arresting the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, her official is arrested.
"Kryescapisti frees Saya after the ultimatum, handcuffs Joanna instead of Ogerta! This is what they call a successful reform or Soros Reform!" writes Berisha.
Berisha declared yesterday that the release of Saimir Tahir came after his ultimatum that he would reveal the criminal connections of Edi and Olsi Rama.
