The well-known member of parliament comments on the disunity of the opposition: DP without direction, many leaders are aiming to create new parties

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Ervin Salinaji, in a link for "Tirana Live", has commented on the situation in which the right camp is located and the possibilities that the Democratic Party may have to reunite.

In his speech, Salianji emphasized that now the seal party is just a fragment that is being held hostage for personal interests.

Among other things, the deputy has stated that that party is now fragmented in such a way that it seems that there are more candidates for president.

"The public and the entire public opinion see that it is no longer a question of principles aimed at uniting the DP, it seems that there is a personal struggle for power. Left without a clear direction, the seal party is further fragmented and has power struggles. The essence of the discussion, which is about the return of the chairman of the party, seems to have some others who want to hold him hostage for procedures. It is no longer about upholding principles and a pro-Western party, but a personal war that has exploded in proportion to what they have contributed.

Regarding the meeting held yesterday, I did not have any request for participation and why I am a member elected by vote. The party is fragmented in such a way that many other parties appear, where it seems that there are more leaders or rather candidates to be such. It is clear to all democrats that this serves personal interests, because if there was an interest for democrats we would not be in these conditions. These movements serve some political parties to maintain the status quo that have no public interest but are in the interest of certain individuals", said Salianji.

Among other things, he stated that the situation in which the DP is today is even worse than when the mandates were handed over.
