The Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, has announced that there is an agreement with the government of Kosovo to open a project to connect Durrës with Prishtina.
"This railway has a special importance for Kosovo and Albania that will enable the rapid transport of passengers and goods, first between Albania and Kosovo and then to the Western Balkan countries," said Balluku.
