Lawyer Idajet Beqiri stated that Sali Berisha committed a high state corruption for his family, referring to the tragedy of Gërdec.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Beqiri underlined that Shkëlzen Berisha, the son of the former prime minister, went four times to the office of the Minister of Defense at that time, Fatmir Mediu.
Also, according to Beqir, Shkelzen Berisha went to the office of the Minister of Justice, Aldo Bumçi, twice.
Beqiri said that after receiving the licenses from both ministers, Shkelza Berisha gave them to his close friend.
"In 2008, Saliu committed high state corruption for his own family, killing Albanians.
