Fatos Klosi: Saliu is passionate about chaos, on February 11 there may be clashes but power is not taken by force, this is why the citizens do not want the return of Meta-Berisha at the head of Albania

The former head of the State Intelligence Service, Fatos Klosi, commented on the political situation in the country and not alone. During an interview for "SOT" newspaper, Mr. Klosi says that Berisha is passionate about chaos, referring to his calls for civil disobedience, a scheme that could topple Prime Minister Edi Rama from power. So, faced with this harsh rhetoric, the former head of SHISH says that the possibility of violence in the February 11 protest called by "Foltorja" and the Freedom Party is not ruled out. However, he emphasizes that power is not taken by violence, but by free vote. Meanwhile, Mr. Klosi expresses his conviction that the citizens do not want the return of the head of PL, Ilir Meta and former prime minister Sali Berisha to power.

-Mr. Klosi, in the Democratic Party for several days there has been a debate about the legitimacy of the party's seal and logo. Who do you think is right, the group of former prime minister Sali Berisha or Enklejed Alibeaj?

If it was that simple, it would have been solved. The court is still delaying to give a decision on the Democratic Party, the group that officially has an attribute in the Democratic Party is smaller than the other one. The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party is practically divided into two parts and from this point of view the Democratic Party is divided, so this is the biggest problem.

-Also, another debate concerns the "McGonigal" file, where a former FBI agent and the Prime Minister of our country Edi Rama is involved. In your opinion, how endangered is Prime Minister Edi Rama?

I say that the Albanian prime minister is not implicated since Rama wanted to make a concession that they wanted to make regarding an oil well, it is not that Edi wanted to corrupt him. From what happened, I understand that that American, because of his two friends, tried to bribe Edi Rama to make concessions for an oil exploration well.

- Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and the head of the Freedom Party Ilir Meta have called a protest on February 11, where the cause is the mention of Prime Minister Rama's name in the file of the former FBI official. Do you think the citizens will fill the square and protest?

Aq sa e kanë mbështetur edhe në protestat e tjera. Të gjitha protestat që janë bërë është thënë se ka qenë më e madhja e deklarata të tilla. Fakti që në një protestë të marrin pjesë 20 apo 30 mijë vetë, ndërkohë Sali Berisha të bëjë atë që thotë që do të rrëzojë kryeministrin Edi Rama dhe se  do që të vij ai në pushtet, sepse të gjitha këto për këtë gjë bëhen, nuk bëhen se i intereson se çfarë hallesh ka vendi. Edhe Berisha edhe Meta problemin e tyre kanë që të vijnë ata në pushtet, por nuk besoj se do njeri më që të vij Berisha në pushtet. Në krahasim me 20 mijë apo 30 mijë njerëz që mund të marrin pjesë në një protestë, nuk është e mjaftueshme sepse atij i duhen 900 mijë vota që të vij në pushtet. Unë kam menduar gjithmonë se protestat tregojnë se sa të aftë janë organizatorët, nëse ata punojnë do dalin më shumë njerëz, por që nuk tregojnë  se morën shumë njerëz pjesë në një protestë se po të bëhen zgjedhjet nesër fiton ai që ka pasur shumë njerëz në protestë. S’ka asnjë lidhje me numrin e protestuesve dhe pjesëmarrësve në zgjedhje. Sistemi funksionon mbi bazën e votave që merr një parti.

-Nga ana tjetër, ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha kërcënon deri në mosbindje civile, nëse kryeministri Edi Rama nuk dorëhiqet. Sipas jush, a ekziston mundësia që protesta e opozitës të degjerojë në dhunë?

Edhe mundet, të paktën nga thirrjet e Berishës, i cili ka deklaruar se në do ta përmbysin këtë pushtet, sepse përmbysja kërkon dhunë. Nëse protesta do jetë e madhe dhe e dhunshme e do futen në institucione çfarë pastaj do të quhet se morën pushtetin, jo në asnjë mënyrë, pushteti nuk merret më kështu. Madje në botë protestat nuk i bëjnë partitë sepse partitë përgatiten për zgjedhjet e ardhshme, por protestat i bëjnë sindikatat, i bëjnë shoqatat e  ndryshme për qëllime konkrete dhe jo për rrëzimin e qeverisë. Por, këtu tek ne i bëjnë edhe partitë. Pastaj nëse ata kanë vendosur që ta bëjnë të  dhunshme mund ta bëjnë, por çfarë do fitojnë nga kjo, ata vetëm gënjejnë njerëzit ë e tyre dhe pastaj policia do arrestojë disa nga ata që kanë ushtruar dhunë.   

-A besoni se përgjegjësit e “Gërdecit” do japin llogari para drejtësisë?

Atë e ka marr në dorë dhe SPAK dhe ne shpresojmë që SPAK të jap drejtësi prandaj është krijuar. U mor në pyetje edhe ish-ministri i Mbrojtjes, po ashtu edhe djali i Berishës dhe duhet të presim që SPAK të jap drejtësi.

-Nga ana tjetër, si po e shikoni konfliktin Rusi-Ukrainë. A ka gjasa që lufta të përhapet dhe të shohim një konflikt Nato-Rusi?

Në fakt të gjitha vendet e NATO-s po kontribuojnë në armatime dhe pa ato armatime Ukraina do kishte mbaruar me kohë, por të gjithë udhëheqësit e vendeve të NATO-s thonë se nuk duan që të futen në luftë me Rusinë. Pra ata po e ndihmojnë me armatime që të mbrohet, por që nuk duan që ta hapin një konflikt  me Rusinë. Do ishte tragjedi nëse do kishte një konflikt të tillë sepse të dyja palët kanë armë bërthamore, kështu që unë uroj mos të shkoj deri aty.

-Finally, I wanted to ask you about the threats that Russia has made that it will use nuclear weapons if the territorial integrity of the country or the annexed regions like Crimea are violated. How do you see these threats?

Several times they have said that they will use weapons, then they have said that they will use them if NATO uses them, but that I think that they say this to scare the opponent, but that I think that what has been said are true statements. The use of nuclear weapons would be the end of the world, and no one undertakes to become the cause of the end of the world.
