Flamur Noka discloses another part of McGonigal's file and breaks the strong statement: the FBI has intercepted Rama, it has conversations...

Flamur Noka read another document that according to him belongs to the file of former agent Charles McGonigal. Invited to "News24", Noka said that in that document it is stated that the FBI has in hand conversations exchanged between McGonigal and Rama. He also said that the former agent also used an encrypted mobile phone that is usually bought by mafia groups.
"Including here and not only that, cell phones, e-mails, letters, applications used by Charkes McGonigal. Not only with others, but also with Agro Neza, then it goes to ....1,2,3,4. They own the conversations and connections with the government of Albania, including here, but not only, Prime Minister Edi Rama. An encrypted phone application used by the mafia will also be checked, the FBI says. Here it is said that there are also politicians from Bosnia and Kosovo, but nowhere is their prime minister said, the prime minister of Albania is said," said Noka.
This reaction comes days after the release of the full dossier and nine-count indictment that the FBI has filed against former FBI agent and counterintelligence chief Charles McGonigal. The pages of the file show a lot about the political developments of the last 5 years in Albania, where the protagonist is Prime Minister Edi Rama and his fight against the opposition. McGonigal has held consecutive meetings with Prime Minister Edi Rama and two people named in the file as 'Person A' and 'Person B', who are respectively Agron Nezaj and Dorian Ducka, both connected to the Albanian government. Nezaj appears in the file as the man who gives $225,000 to McGonigal in order to intervene in the FBI to start the investigation of the person who was lobbying in the US for the DP, in 2017 when it was led by Lulzim Basha. It is supposed to be about Nicolas (Nick) Muzin. While Ducka appears as the man who accompanies the ex-agent everywhere, pays for his flights and accommodations, as well as conveys the necessary information that would serve him in starting the investigation by the FBI. Rama denies having anything to do with the allegations made by McGonigal.
