Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha warned that the defamation lawsuit against US Secretary of State Antony Blinken could lead to the US, if the French court takes into account several factors.
In the show "Opinion" Berisha stated that he will not withdraw and will take the issue to the end. He said there is no obstacle to taking the case to the US, except that litigation there is very expensive.
"Normally there are two opposing factors, such as immunity and extraterritoriality. Pros are defamation punished where it comes out. I will follow him to the end and if the French court takes these factors into account I will owe him a goose in the US. I have no obstacles. There is a problem, it costs a lot of processes and the second does not meet the purpose of the lawsuit. That a trial in the US the court takes, for example has defamed Delina Fico, takes the file verifies and convicts Delina Fico. In another process it may decide to force the DASH to do harm.
