CEC registered the "Together We Win" coalition, but gave Berisha a hard blow

The State Commissioner of Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi, registered the "Together We Win" coalition, but removing from this coalition the PD logo with Sali Berisha as its leader.

Celibashi said that the PD has not expressed its will to become part of this coalition and as such, Berisha's DP cannot be part of the "We Win Together" coalition.

In this way, this coalition will be composed of only three parties, PL, PBDNJ and PDK.

Altin Kaziaj (representative of the 'Bashke Fitomje' coalition): We submitted the request according to what is provided in the code. The request contains all the necessary requirements for the registration of the coalition. We request the registration of the "Together We Win" coalition.

Indrit Sefa (DP hugger): The Democratic Party has not formed any coalition. The name, characteristics and logo of the Democratic Party were used by unauthorized and illegitimate persons. The commissioner must find that this agreement was made in fraud of the law and in fraud of the voters.

I do not know who is the person who addressed the CEC. The Commissioner has all the legal obligations to take measures and put in place this violation of the legal provisions. The request must be dismissed as long as the agreement is a necessary document for registration at the CEC.

Altin Kaziaj (representative of the 'Bashke Fitomje' coalition): The Electoral Code talks about agreements between two or more parties. With great respect for you Mr. Commissioner, let's continue with our request.

Indrit Sefa (DP hugger): If you read the KAS decision, it says that "the decision comes into effect immediately". I am a permanent representative of the DP at the CEC. DP has not made any agreement on the binding of the electoral coalition and has not filed any such agreement. The entities that have signed on behalf of the DP are not representatives of the Democratic Party.

Celibashi: What the PD representative says that we did not make any agreement...

Kaziaj: You who say 'the representative of the DP' have not yet registered the DP in the elections.

Celibashi: Indrit Sefa represents the DP in the CEC. He has been the representative of the DP for almost 1 year and as long as there is no document proving the opposite, he continues to be the representative of the DP in the CEC.

The DP's will to be part of this coalition is missing. The same situation was in February 2022. In conclusion and in the analysis of everything I mentioned, we will register the "Together We Win" coalition with 3 parties, PL, PBDNJ and PDK.
