Kreshnik Spahiu breaks down Rama's statements: Here's what he asked SPAK

Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu has 'unraveled' the statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama, regarding the accusations against the MP of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, for funding from Russian companies.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Spahiu said that Rama mentioned two standards, referring to the issues of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

According to Spahiu, Rama is asking the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) to investigate Kryemadhi, as they are currently doing with Ahmetaj.

"Criticizing Berisha, Meta, Kryemadhi is very simple politically, but in order to charge them with a criminal charge, you must be convinced and have sufficient evidence. I cannot say anything about some criminal charges against Mrs. Kryemadhi, when I have not personally seen those evidences. What I would like to comment on the Prime Minister's statement is that the Prime Minister, not by chance, says two standards. Why does it say two standards?

In his statement, he says about the investigation against Kryemadhi, but he does not say who the other standard is. I think that Mr. Rama is referring to the case of Mr. Ahmetaj.
