The Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez has boycotted the EU Summit in Tirana.
It is suspected that the reason for his absence is the well-known businessman, friend of Olsi Rama, Amant Josifi.
There is an arrest warrant for the businessman, who was also an adviser to the Ministry of Defense and is rumored to be connected to the government, from Spain, but not from Albania.
