Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today for the first time about the "McGonigal" case, the arrest of the former FBI official, tonight on "Top Story" on Top Channel.
Moderator Grida Duma asked him about the message that former agent Charles McGonigal gave to Rama in the prime minister's office regarding the concessions of Russian oligarchs.
Duma: The former agent told you the clear message to be careful with the concessions of the Russian oligarchs.
"We definitely talked about it, but in no case did he talk to me about any kind of business in favor of other people. This indictment gets me nowhere, I have met Donald Trump, whose house the FBI broke into, and President Biden. This is the work of American justice, and if the senior FBI official comes to me with this function and asks me for a meeting, I will meet him again," said Rama.
