The Assembly takes the decision, reconfirms Gazment Bardhin as DP group leader

Although the Assembly reconfirmed Gazment Bardhi as the chairman of the parliamentary group of Democrats, this Thursday also produced quite a debate between the opposition and the majority.

The cause of the verbal clash between the parties was the refusal by the head of the plenary session, Ermonela Felaj, to read this letter, which bears the signatures of 28 democratic deputies, who confirm Gazment Bardhin as the group leader.

But Lulzim Basha, when asked by the media outside the Assembly, said that he refuses to be part of this debate.

"We do not deal with pimps. We do not engage in petty games for petty interests. DP will focus on the problems of the citizens".

The clashes between the democrats for the head of the group come after Basha fired Gazment Bardhi, delegating his powers to Flutura Açka.
