"I have zero communication with Berisha", Bardhi talks about the division of the DP: The solution must be made before the elections

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Gazmend Bardhi, said that there is no communication between him and Sali Berisha, but the political relations have not changed anyway.

"There is zero communication between me and Mr. Berisha. Neither with the other colleagues, but none of them dares to act as a mediator, as there is no need for such a thing, since if I want to communicate with Mr. Berisha does well alone. The relations between me and Mr. "Berisha are the same as they have been since the beginning and nothing has changed in this report," declared Bardhi.

As for the merger of the DP, the democratic deputy stated in an interview in "Ora News" that this cannot be done with only one party, but with the will of both parties, adding that the separation of the DP would be a loss for Albania and not only for the opposition.

"The decision must be made before the elections, as any disruption in the elections would be fatal for the opposition. The division of the DP would be a loss for Albania, not only for the opposition. A repeat on March 6 would be a disaster. But for this solution, the will of both parties is required, and it should not be unilateral", stressed Bardhi.
