The analyst Mentor Kikia has stated that the municipal candidates who were declared winners from the prison votes are morally defeated.

Kikia made the comments while he was invited to the " Log "  show  , where he said that the votes of the prisoners are oriented votes for the ruling party. He added that if Albania does not punish the election thieves, there is no other thief to be punished.

"Not that the prisoner does not have the right to vote, but that here he has lost his morals to be mayor. Since no one went to the prisoners to campaign, nor did they connect anything with the city, they are not residents of the area, zero communication. It is an oriented vote and the fact that the candidate was given the victory by that vote has brought him down morally.

That vote is clean anyway. Legally it is right, vote for SP. It's over. But I take the opportunity to urge Mr. Kaso to go after every vote thief, because if we do not punish the vote thief, we will never punish any type of thief.
