'Change is coming', Kryemadhi in Kavaja: The world does not revolve

SMI chairwoman Monika Kryemadhi was in Kavaja to conduct the next election campaign.

Kryemadhi stressed that the wind of change will start from Kavaja, adding that the world does not revolve around Rama, Basha or Meta. The SMI leader added that the depopulation of Albania should be stopped.

Kryemdhi: Today we all face difficulties. Eriona said a little earlier. Today we all have difficulties and the biggest difficulty we face in front of each other is existence. The existence of the Albanian family, the existence of our parents, the existence of our children, the existence of whether we will live anymore or that in our country. This is the dilemma that is faced today by hundreds and thousands of young people. This is the dilemma that puts intellectuals ahead, this is the dilemma that puts Baki ahead, this is the dilemma that puts Eriona, this is the dilemma for hundreds and thousands of young people who want to leave Albania. Because politics, that old politics, which in its essence has only interest, has only being one, has only being that the world revolves around them, should no longer exist. The world revolves around our children, the world revolves around Albanian boys and girls. The world does not revolve around Edi Rama, Illyrian Meta or Lulzim Basha. The world revolves around people, around Albanians, around Albanian youth.

The most important thing today is that we will not turn our heads back. But we will move forward for the sake of young men and women. For the sake of Albanians. Because one of the most important things to us today is family. It is staying in Albania. It is to stop depopulation, to give strength and courage to each other to move forward and bring Albanian boys and girls to Albania. To return from migration and to have a real European and dignified life in Albania. I would invite you all on April 25 to address all the ballot boxes by voting number 6. By voting number 6 you will vote for yourself. By voting number 6 you will vote for this change we have been eagerly awaiting and change is not simply the word change.

Change is the end of the transition, it is the end of this rotten transition that is taking the soul of Albanians every day and more. Just as democracy started here in Kavaja, let the wind of change begin in Kavaja, let the overthrow begin in Kavaja. Let the beginning of what the young men and women have aspired to begin. European integration, to be worthy citizens of Europe and not to be trampled by one on the run. I am very grateful to Cim Prrojt, who never had the feeling of softening in the fight against them. I am grateful for his every commitment. I am grateful to you, Chim, that you never gave up, but on the contrary, you gave us strength and courage, and heart, because this is the SMI. SMI is a family that loves each other, shakes hands and stays together.
