Well-known lawyer, Spartak Ngjela has commented on the situation within the Democratic Party and the return to the political life of Lulzim Basha. While he was invited to a television studio yesterday, Mr. Ngjela said that Basha resigned in a moral way because he lost the elections, as at this moment he has the right to re-candidate for the president of the Democrats and that he has the support of the Americans. He added that every party leader withdraws to gain strength and enters the game again, while adding that on the other hand, Sali Berisha has no right to compete for this position as he is not an official member of the DP. It is understood that there is a direct relationship between American politics and Basha. For this reason, he expelled Berisha from the party. Lulzim Basha started this action and after this movement, he comes and resigns because he lost the elections. There comes a moment when we are facing new elections and the politician's mind is filled with the fact that the PD is in the process for a new leader, he has the right to run again.
