The corrupt MPs who sail in the waters of the official Democratic Party, those who have been bought by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, those who are being held hostage by him due to corruption files, standing by him in the action to destroy the DP, but also those who are against our strategic partners, such as the United States of America, seem to have been alarmed, and are even staying awake day and night, after the return to active politics of the former democratic leader, Lulzim Basha. For several days now, MPs playing with two gates (the official PD and "Foltore") have been panicked and are trying hard to block Basha's pace at the head of the official Democratic Party. Yesterday, under the leadership of the commanding leader, the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party met, from where it was decided to start the action for the election of the new president of the Democratic Party, a process that will start from the bottom up. But it is known that in this meeting there were also deputies who were positioned against the return of Basha, this opposition they showed through maneuvers and procedures. It is learned that a group of deputies headed by Xelal Mziu, Agron Gjekmarkaj, Ferdinand Xhaferraj, Saimir Korreshi and Dashnor Sula have expressed their opposition to holding elections within the party now, thus indirectly opposing the return of Basha. More specifically, if you carefully read the statement made at the group meeting by deputies who are against the return of Basha, it is clearly shown that they have turned into puppets of Berisha within the parliamentary group, who through maneuvers want to put "non women" through the window Democratic Party, although he went out the door, because of the damage he has done to the party in recent years, especially after the sanctions by the Americans. But who cares about blocking the elections in DP? This definitely has an answer. The tentacles of the "Bermuda Triangle" seek to take the opposition hostage. This is because the delay in the opening of the race for mayor helps Berisha to cover his failure in the local elections on May 14 and prevents the revival of PD. This serves Rama, not to have a strong opponent in the 2025 parliamentary elections, helps the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, to strengthen at the expense of the official Democratic Party, and later use the votes of the Democrats to bargain with Rama , but in the meantime it helps Berisha to keep frozen the alternative that has the support of the USA, as is Lulzim Basha and the official DP. So all these movements made by the group of deputies within the Democratic Party who are captured by Berisha, clearly show that they seek to block Lulzim Basha's candidacy for DP chairman. Mirëpo, ndërsa për lëvizjen e Bashës bëri të paditurin, theksoi se është i hapur për një takim me ish-kryeministrin Sali Berisha, për një bashkim të PD.  

Çupi në mbledhjen e grupit të PD: Jo zgjedhje urgjente për kreun

Nga ana tjetër, edhe deputetja demokrate Dhurata Çupi ka mbështetur propozimin e Gazment Bardhit që riorganizimi i PD-së të nisë fillimisht me zgjedhje nga seksionet. Burime nga mbledhja i thanë gazetës “SOT”, se zonja Çupi ka thënë se s’duhet të mbahen urgjent zgjedhjet për kreun e PD-së pasi do jenë vrastare për partinë. “Grupi parlamentar të ketë autoritetin politik vendimmarrës. Është ky grup që ka mbajt PD. Jam dakord me platformën e sugjeruar nga Bardhi. Sugjeroj të drejtohet partia nga znj. Tabaku dhe Z. Bardhi, zgjedhjet në parti të drejtohen nga këto dy persona. Të jemi në vazhdimësi duke bërë thirrje për të afruar sa më shumë personalitete në parti. Zgjedhjet jo urgjente se do jenë vrastare”, mësohet të ketë thënë Çupi.

Situata nw PD, reagojnë krerët e degëve

Por vendimi i djeshëm i grupit parlamentar demokrat për të shtyrë zgjedhjet për kryetarin duket se ka krijuar ndarje brenda PD. Madje ata kërkojnë që kryetari të zgjidhet brenda 15 korrikut. “Partia Demokratike duhet pa asnjë vonesë të zgjedhë kryetarin e saj dhe të nisë organizimin dhe përzgjedhjen, të ekipeve që do ta drejtojnë këtë parti drejt zgjedhjeve të ardhshme.  Partia Demokratike nuk mund të vazhdojë të qëndrojë më gjatë pa kryetar. PD ka humbur kohë në pritje, ndërkohë që nuk ka asnjë reflektim nga pala tjetër, as pas rezultatit të zgjedhjeve të 14 majit. Procesi për zgjedhjen e kryetarit të përfundojë brenda datës 15 Korrik 2023”, shprehet Kolegji i Kryetarëve pas një takimi me Bardhin. Ky i fundit njoftoi se pas mbledhjes së grupit do të takonte krerët e degëve, por si duket të gjithë i kanë dalë kundër.
