The former chairman of the CEC, Klement Zguri, will be the legal adviser of the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj.
This was one of the first appointments made by the head of state, who is forming his advisory team for his 5-year mandate.
The presidency has not yet published Begaj's selections, waiting for the full team to be formed.
Journalist Esiona Konomi has learned some of the key names that will help the head of state in the exercise of his duty.
The General Secretary of the Presidency will be Florjan Kali.
He held this position earlier in the Ministry of Defense, where he collaborated with the current President, when Begaj was leading the Albanian army.
The President's Cabinet will be headed by Eduard Seitaj. He was Secretary General in the Ministry of Transport during the time of Edmond Haxhinastos.
Valter Ibrahimi will be the Diplomatic Counsellor, an official with a long career who was recruited into the Albanian Foreign Service in December 1992.
Fatmir Çela will be another adviser to the President.
Begaj has also invited two journalists to build his communication team. The first is Lira Çanga, who has worked at the OSCE for the last 10 years.
The other is Alisa Demollari, who was the spokesperson for several ministers in health and justice, during the Rama-Meta government.
The president is conducting other recruitments until his team is completed.
