In the "Opinion" show, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about his relationship with Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic.
Rama said that he has a good relationship with Vucic, but according to him, this relationship is based on the political interest of Albania and Serbia.
Where does the close relationship with Vucic come from?
"It is not such a close relationship in the personal sense, but it is a positive relationship based on the need to push things forward and establish a basis for relations between Serbs and Albanians. We speak openly and have our share of disagreement. We do not agree at all on how we look at Kosovo and how we will move towards separation from the past in relation to Kosovo. But we talk that in the past it did not happen. Politics is interest. My relationship with the Serbian president is based on the political interest for Albania. We must take these into account when we talk about Serbia.
