DASH report on money laundering scheme, Manjani shows the big problem that Albania has: There is an extraordinary scale!

Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani has commented on the report of the US State Department, on the money laundering scheme.
Manjani focused on the high level of informality in our country, as he adds that in Albania the state has become together with the taxi driver and the strong.
'The basic problem in Albania all these years is informality to an extraordinary degree. I mean there is no country in Europe more than once, not even in Eurasia, that Americans are so excited to see things, where to find such a high level of informality. This informality manifests itself in various ways, whether in crime money, drugs.
Nothing in Albania justifies the resources. The level of informality is so high that here it does not make sense to talk about law, order, state. Here the strong and the taxi driver have become together with the state and it no longer makes sense the tax, the economic system that is measured. From this point of view I say that the crisis is bigger than just money laundering or not. Money laundering is one thing, but building an informal economy, especially stimulating people that politics and especially the government in recent years has turned people to illegal activities, greatly increase the level of vulnerability of people. Today there is a community of people who by law are all found guilty and this is brought about by all informal democracy, the mass cultivation of cannabis.
