Sali Berisha reveals the PD-SP co-governance agreement and tells how he rejected this pact by opposing the USA, his bargains with Rama are revealed, this is what happened in the meeting with Basha's Israeli advisor in 2021

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha confirmed yesterday that he was the reason that "blew up" the plans of the United States of America to lead Albania to a SP-PD joint government. In 2021, in the corridors of politics and diplomacy, the idea of ??a co-governance between socialists and democrats was thrown, an agreement that would calm the heated political situation that characterizes our country and would advance the implementation of many reforms within the integration process of Albania in the European Union. The "SOT" newspaper, as the only media in Albania, gave a lot of coverage to this project that was strongly supported by Washington and Brussels, while the main protagonists of active politics, Edi Rama and Lulzim Basha, in their statements and decisions taken at the time, left to imply that they agreed. But in the face of this informational chaos, Berisha used the weekly conference with journalists yesterday, as he showed that the Basha-Rama co-government has been ready since before the parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021 and that it would come to life after them. But he emphasized that he was against it. Berisha revealed that he had a meeting with the Israeli advisor of Basha's campaign, where he discussed this issue. "Lulzim Basha, you must forgive me, because I will repeat the same thing again. 4-5 days before the elections, he sends me the advisor, an honorable man from the Israeli company, what will he think about the grand coalition after the elections, in case he does not do we win the elections? And I answered the conviction I had. So, Lulzim Basha sacrificed the elections, because he competed and tried to create a government with Edi Rama to get positions. And here in this building, the division of the posts of directorates, vice-ministers, and ministers began. It is not true that the vote was protected. And I kept pushing, but then I realized that this had ended", declared Berisha yesterday.

The reasons why the PD-SP act was "blown up".

In 2021, Albania was involved in a number of important events, one of which was the declaration "non grata" of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha by the US State Department in May of this year. This decision of DASH caught everyone by surprise. While Rama, who until a few weeks ago, which coincided with the parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021 and a few days after they were closed, promised in the media and social networks that he was ready to cooperate with Basha without conditions, as he affirmed yesterday Berisha suddenly closed his mouth, turning into a "mute". The word co-governance was not heard anywhere and the hand extended to his opponent was nowhere to be seen. It seems that Rama, who is in politics and lives in symbiosis with Berisha, was "poisoned" by Berisha's "non grata" declaration and as a sign of revenge he, violated the promise he had made to the Americans, a DP-SP co-government for the sake of Albania. The head of the government, intoxicated by the victory of the 2021 elections and sullen by the fact that his "friend" Berisha was sanctioned by family, chose to betray the Americans and become a partner with the former prime minister "non grata", "pazar" whom they follow still with each other since 2008, starting from enrichment, to criminal amnesty.

Javët e protestës nën çadër poshtë dritares së Ramës kulmuan me një tryezë bisedimi partiake, e cila në fund përfundoi në një takim disa orësh kokë më kokë mes Ramës dhe Bashës. Pra më 17 maj 2017 u bë një pakt në kurriz të LSI. Meta fillimisht deklaronte se nuk do i ndodhë asgjë LSI, por pastaj braktisi kostumin e presidentit dhe doli në fushatë duke sulmuar Ramën dhe Bashën. Ai e kuptoi se futja në zgjedhje pa koalicione ishte goditje ndaj LSI. Po ashtu, nga ai pakt u shpartallua Berisha. Basha ja hoqi nga Parlamenti të gjithë deputetët besnikë, nga Topalli e Bode, te Patozi, Bregu, Imami, e shumë emra të tjerë. Përmes tyre, Berisha e mbante nën kontroll Bashën, por me emrat e rinj që u futën, lideri demokrat e mori në kontroll partinë. Nga takimi shumë dashamirës mes tyre lindi qeveria e përbashkët, e cila do përgatiste zgjedhjet që po vinin. Demokratët morën drejtimin e disa ministrive kyçe të kësaj qeverie që vetëm de jure drejtohej nga Rama, i cili ato muaj pothuajse nuk u shfaq në godinën e Kryeministrisë duke lënë violinë të parë ish-zëvendës kryeministren e zgjedhur nga PD. Pakti prodhoi një fushatë elektorale të qetë, me tone të ulëta mes PD dhe PS dhe më një gjuhë të ashpër ndaj LSI së Ilir Metës, e cila në sytë e njerëzve po shfaqej si opozita e vetme. Por gjatë rrugës, Rama theu paktin me SHBA e Bashën dhe kjo bëri që opozita të “derdhej” rrugëve me protesta të dhunshme.  Gjatë gjithë kësaj periudhe Rama mesa duket ka nisur pazaret e fshehta për të treguar tek amerikanët se nuk mund të bashkëpunojë me një parti të lidhur me rusët.

Roli i Sali Berishës

Në prapaskenë për të thyer kërkesën e amerikanëve ka një rol të fortë dhe Sali Berisha. Ish-kryeministri bëri pakt me SHBA që do të tërhiqej nga politika, por një gjë e tillë nuk ndodhi.  Dalja nga loja është një ilaç pastrues shumë i vjetër në sistemin politik. Kemi dhjetëra shembuj ku njerëz ikin për lloj-lloj konsumesh, siç ishte dhe Merkel. Berisha ka qëndruar në PD shumë përtej kohës që do të duhej të kishte qëndruar. Ish-kryeministri theu paktin me amerikanët. Madje ditët e fundit Berisha e ka konfirmuar vetë se PD e PS do të shkonin në bashkëqeverisje në 2018. Berisha shkon më tej duke u shprehur se shpallja “non grata” erdhi pas refuzimit të tij për të formuar një koalicion me Partinë Socialiste. “Unë e di që arroganca e atyre që kanë firmosur për non gratën time nuk lejon të kërkosh të falur, por unë kërkoj të më kërkojnë të falur. Unë kam durim,” u shpreh Berisha. Pra dalja në lojë e pazarit të Ramës me ish-agjentin e FBI për të dëmtuar PD zbardh shumë qartë të gjitha prapaskenat që deri më tani nuk kishin një shpjegim të qartë.
