The arrested 

Regan Merdani, Robert Shabani, Gentian Zifla and Enver Sheshi ended up in handcuffs, while Arber Denizi, Juri Ymeraj, Silvester Dreza, Arjola Kodra, Luran Dusha and Giuseppe Ciaffaglione are being sought. Meanwhile, just as it suspected in March, SPAK says it has proven that Alqi Blako, at that time an employee in the Ministry of Environment, has benefited from ALL 14.9 million through the salary of his father, Edmond Blako, posing as a site director at the Tirana incinerator. with a salary of 6 thousand euros, with payments from 2018 to 2020.
