Spartak Ngjela: Berisha is corrupt, he has called a protest for his plight, the official DP is Alibeajt and the CEC cannot register 'Foltoren' in the elections, on 'January 21' the Guard went with the intention of killing the protesters

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that the protest called by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and former President Ilir Meta on February 11 may be a failure. In an interview for "SOT" newspaper, he stated that Berisha has no support. According to him, they raised a case that has no legal and factual value. As for the "McGonigal" scandal, if the positions of Prime Minister Edi Rama are at risk, he said no. He even emphasized that there is no evidence that implicates the head of the government in this case, while he called the opposition's accusations as a weak novel. Regarding the Meta-Berisha cooperation, if it will be successful, the lawyer stated that they do not have votes and that with all that has happened, the Albanians have a hatred towards them. Likewise, lawyer Spartak Ngjela emphasized that the legal Democratic Party is Alibeaj's and not Sali Berisha's. According to him, the Berisha faction has not received judicial recognition and as a result, the official PD is the old one. He emphasized that the CEC cannot register the Berisha faction in the elections as it commits a criminal offense and its leader risks going to prison. Meanwhile, the lawyer emphasizes that February is the month where SPAK is expected to hit people who have high levels in Albanian politics.

- Lawyer Ngjela, how do you see Berisha's and Meta's calls for protests? Is Prime Minister Edi Rama in danger of being overthrown...

Saliu has no support, I don't know why he will protest. They raised a case that has no legal and factual value. A criminal case for a high-level FBI detainee in America. What does Albania have to do with it, what is Albania's connection with it? If there are Albanians who have had corrupt relationships or other types of legal violations, they are extradited to America. The crime is investigated where it happened, we don't know that we have any request for extradition for any Albanian, and no criminal process has even started in America for any Albanian on this matter, so whatever revolt Saliu will make, it will be a failure. Politics has always done it everywhere. Creates an artifice and thinks to protest. Protest will not bring anything. With whom will he make the revolution? Powers are not overthrown by revolution but by votes. The pulpit when it started after Saliu went non grata. Weak protection logic. Non grata for corruption. You tease him more if he brought out the evidence. This one wants to say that I have the people with me. How many people do you have, 40,000 people? 8 thousand people like last time. Regardless of what Berisha said, I was there at the last protest. Berisha has no supporters. They are split in two, they are non grata.

-Po bashkëpunimi Meta Berisha, a do ketë sukses?

Ata të dy nuk kanë vota, lodhen kot. Me të gjitha këto që kanë ndodhur  shqiptarët kanë një bezdi dhe urrejtje ndaj tyre, nuk voton njeri një pakicë e vogël që s’ kanë lidhje fare me fitimin e zgjedhjeve.

-Në PD zien debati për vulën dhe logon. Kush ka të drejtë Berisha apo grupi i Bashës?

Partia ligjore është PD e vjetër, atje, kjo tjetra nuk ka marrë njohje gjyqësore. Partia ligjore është vetën kjo që ka Alibeaj. KQZ nuk të njeh. Ajo e Zhukrit është nul. Nuk e pranon KQZ atë regjistrimin e partisë,që nuk është person juridik, ikën KQZ në burg. Bën vepër penale KQZ. Ku e kupton ligjin Saliu. Nuk ka kapacitet. Nuk e pranon dhe as se kupton ligjin. Shumicën e KQZ e ka PS”, tha ai.

-Keni një koment për skandalin “ McGonigal” dhe a rrezikohen pozitat e Ramës?

Po çfarë ka dal për Ramën? Këta thonë e takoj, tani ai do vij në Shqipëri do e takoj nuk ka ndonjë gjë këtu. Trump edhe ai i FBI akuzohen për lidhje me Rusinë, domethënë të gjithë ata që ka takuar Trump si president janë në procesin e Trumpit? Këta nuk janë profesionistë por novelistë. Janë stisje. Çështja është në Amerikë. Deri tani nuk ka thënë ndonjë gjë për Ramën por për shefin e lartë të FBI. Pyetja është: Një shef i lartë i FBI do të pyesë Ramën për takimet? Nuk janë takime nëpër bodrume por të një përfaqësuesi të lartë të FBI. Mbase ka ardhur për problemet e Shqipërisë. Fakti që ka dalë me penale në Amerikë, nuk ka të bëjë me Shqipërinë. Të tjerat janë fantazi. Janë politikë e nivelit të ulët. Nuk bëhen në asnjë vend të botës. Nuk e kupton dot opozita se ku fillon pushteti gjyqësor, mbaron gjuha jote. Atje është arrestuar dhe mbahet me arrest shtëpie një shef i FBI që ka ardhur në Tiranë. Deri tani nuk ka asgjë. Ka thënë gjë Amerika? Duhet të flasë pushteti gjyqësor amerikan dhe jo ne. Nuk e di se kë duan të bindin por janë njerëz pa vlerë. Nuk mund të bashkëpunohet me ta.

-Has the time come for SPAK to increase its attacks on the corrupt?

Now we will see if SPAK will act. This is the month we will wait. We expect this month. The US superpower does not lie. They took it over and made it the legal basis, created SPAK, and now the fight against corruption is expected. SPAK would take this case, because they are criminal cases that were extinguished by a frightened or corrupt judicial power, on January 21 they were convicted of manslaughter. If you say that to a lawyer who is in his fourth year, he will laugh. Why did the Guard go to the protest? The Guard went to the protest to kill.
