Spartak Ngjela warns of the arrest of the well-known judge, here is what has sunk him

The lawyer, Spartak Ngjela, spoke tonight on a TV show about the process of electing former Prime Minister Sali Berisha at the head of the Democratic Party.
Ngjela said that the decision taken by Agron Zhukri to recognize the December 11 assembly was a false decision and therefore the judge himself was in danger of being imprisoned.
"Those who say that Berisha was elected president are fake, have no legal value. This man has not known the law for 30 years. Not that he does not know, but does not understand at all, it was a ploy that was introduced into Albanian politics by dubious people and is not coming out. Where does he have a party, where did he find the party? The party is a legal entity recognized by the court. That judge, that ignorant one who made that false decision to recognize December 11, he risks prison.
