It is an investigation that was started by SPAK and a number of people with knowledge have been called to give their testimony. Prosecutor Enkelejda Minollaj was the one who dealt with this case. Balla appeared today alone, without a lawyer.
The privatization of the 'Partizani' complex is a file that is already in the hands of the Special Prosecutor's Office and is investigating it for money laundering.
