Kokalari deklaroi se Berisha ka faj nëse ai nuk arrin që të dallojë se ca po bëjnë ata që ai ka rreth vetes.“Nuk kamë komunikuar për primaret e bashkive, për primaret e forumit rinor po dhe kemi folur shumë gjatë dhe i kam thënë çdo dyshim që kisha. Ai është bërë aktiv deri n ë një fare pike sepse kur je larg është pak problem, këtu e ka fajin Berisha nëse ai nuk arrin që të dallojë se ca po bëjnë ata që ai ka rreth vetes së vet. Mendoj se Berisha do ta ketë kuptuar shumë gjëra pak forumit rinor, dhe herës tjetër duhet që të jenë më të kujdesshëm”, tha ajo. Kokalari ka folur edhe për marrëdhëniet që ka me ambasadoren e Shteteve të Bashkuara të  Amerikës në Tiranë, Yuri Kim. Ajo u shpreh se nuk ka asnjë komunikim me të. Kokalari theksoi mbase do të kenë një komunikim kur ajo të largohet nga Shqipëria.“Nuk kam asnjë komunikim me të, asaj nuk i lejohet dhe të flas shumë sa kohë që Berisha është shpallur non grata. Mbase ne mund të kemi komunikim kur ajo të largohet nga  Shqipëria”,  nënvizoi Kokalari.
