Journalist Poli Hoxha has raised doubts, as he spoke about the Gërdec file and the accusations brought against the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu.
Hoxha said on Erla Mëhilli's show that Fatmir Mediu could be used in this matter, warning of unexpected things.
"The development of the trial can reveal unexpected things. Fatmir Mediu can come out as he said, as Mediu once said, look at VKM, he said it once when he left SPAK. "Fatmiri may come out used, we don't know, we can't talk," he said.
Meanwhile, we recall that SPAK closed the investigations and sent the "Gërdeci" file to the court today. In this file, the former minister Mediu is accused of the criminal offenses "Abuse of duty" and "Abuse of duty in cooperation with a military subject-command cadre".
