Election of a new President / Will the opposition take part in the voting process? Vokshi reveals what PD has decided

Democratic Party MP, Albana Vokshi stated today in a TV show that the opposition would participate in a process for the election of the President if it is decided that she proposes and votes for her candidates, but not in what she called a farce of Edi Rama.

Vokshi said that the opposition will not boycott, will participate in the voting for the President, but will not vote for any candidate of Edi Rama or fake opposition.

"We do not enter into farce processes. The real opposition is not Alibeaj-Basha. They have also proved with their actions for the president that they are a farce opposition.

Alibeaj does not represent me at all, I do not want to talk at all. They represent the narrow interests of a group in the DP affiliated with Basha. It is the opposition that wants Edi Rama. The real opposition is no longer that. It is what came out 4 times in a row, 5 times in a row from the processes and was successfully concluded with the election of the DP leader.

PD after so many months of effort, has not been easy, we have concluded a process that has been for the survival of PD. In Basha's time the PD had gone from one loss to another and the Democrats had lost faith in the PD, that it would ever win. Now it is back to trusting the vote.

If it is decided that it is the opposition that will propose and the opposition candidates will be voted, yes we participate, but not in Rama's farce.

We do not boycott, we will take part in the voting, but we do not vote for any candidate of Edi Rama, no opposition candidate who does not represent the DP, the fake opposition.

Sipas saj, Rama e ka vendosur kë do zgjedhë për President të Republikës.
