Consequences for Serbia

The member of the Bundestag says that if it really happens that the EU membership process is put "on ice", there will be consequences for the aid coming mostly from the EU and declares that there will be no financial aid and that investors will think for a long time whether to invest in Serbia, causing Belgrade to lose billions of euros. According to Juratovic, by stopping that process, Serbia will actually go backwards, economically and as a society. He reiterates that the goal of Germany and, as he says, of the entire EU, is a stable Western Balkans and that all actors who are in the process of joining the EU stand in solidarity with it and clearly define the direction they will go.
