Republican congressman Zach Nunn has reacted to the US Department of State regarding the recent events in the north of Kosovo.
Through a post on Twitter, Nunn said that the United States of America should stay with Kosovo.
"USA: Stand with Kosovo, a fledgling democracy and staunch US ally - both settling abroad and welcoming Afghan evacuees (one of the only European friends)," Nun wrote.
He added that Secretary Antony Blinken should oppose the military mobilization of Serbia.

"Secretary Blinken must oppose the military mobilization of Serbia", he concluded.
On Friday, the USA strongly condemned the actions of the Government of Kosovo "to forcefully enter the municipal buildings in the north of Kosovo".
Through a statement, Blinken stated that this government took these actions against the advice of the United States and Kosovo's European partners.
"These actions have sharply and unnecessarily escalated tensions, undermining our efforts to help normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and will have consequences for our bilateral relations with Kosovo," the statement said.
