The fuse of the "powder keg" is lit in the Balkans, Serbia "the apple of the row", this is how Vladimir Putin is destabilizing the region

There are many reasons why the Western Balkans view the ongoing war in Ukraine with particular concern. From geopolitical reasons, to the traditional connection between Russia and Serbia, to the frightening plans of Putin's friend, Milorad Dodik, in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and to the protests and chaos that has engulfed the entire region in recent days. Vladimir Putin does not need to start a new war to take advantage of the problems in the Balkans. The Russian president benefits in the Balkans even by keeping the situation the same. Keeping these tensions growing, trying to create new tensions. But it doesn't even have to be a fight. Protests have erupted and are being planned in the following days, in countries such as North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Albania. Also, in the center of attention are the strong clashes between Kosovo and Serbia, from moment to moment they can escalate. Here we also mention the dire situation in Bosnia.

Chaos in Montenegro as well

Dozens of citizens protested in front of the Government headquarters in Montenegro to oppose the announced agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church. The protesters were holding banners such as "Serbia is devouring Montenegro, it will be a continuous war", "Abazovic, you took our churches by law and now with the agreement you want to take our existence and soul". Citizens waved Montenegrin national flags, as well as EU and NATO flags.

Strong tension between Kosovo and Serbia

After many years of stalemate, a troubled peace that was mistakenly perceived as normalization, riots are again being warned in Kosovo-Serbia. A spark is enough and the armed conflict between Serbia and Kosovo breaks out. While it does not hesitate to accuse the West of being biased in favor of Kosovo, Belgrade is cultivating plans for the invasion of the Serbs of northern Kosovo by Prime Minister Kurti himself. The claim was made by the head of state Aleksandër Vucic himself. The decision to remove car license plates that were issued in Serbia and re-register them in Kosovo for northern Serbs has panicked Belgrade, even claiming ethnic cleansing by the government in Pristina.

What is happening in Macedonia?

Me thirrjet “Ultimatum?
