He insulted Kurt as a 'terrorist scum' and canceled the trip to Tirana, Vu?i? reacts: Sometimes my emotions take over

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, tried to present the appointment of Nenad Rasi? as Minister by Prime Minister Kurti as something shocking. For this, he reacted in an exaggerated manner by insulting Kurti with the words "terrorist scum", while he did not spare words about the European Union either. In protest, he said that he will not even travel to Tirana where the EU-Western Balkans Summit will be held. But, everything changed on Monday.

The head of Serbian diplomacy, Ivica Dacic, said yesterday that the President of Serbia will decide whether he will go to Tirana after the meeting with Miroslav Lajcak. But Vucic denied this. Asked what influenced him to change the decision and if he did so after the conversation with the EU's special envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, Vucic said that he did not discuss it with Lajcak.

Vu?i? said that he spent the time preparing what he will say tomorrow at the EU Summit - Western Balkans. "I always try to take care of everything but sometimes my emotions take over and I don't know how to react and what to do"

"I am not one of those who do not admit the mistake or that I made a wrong assessment. I think this should be corrected as soon as possible. I think it was just a tactically wrong assessment, but not an essential or strategic mistake," said Vucic.

Speaking about the meeting with Lajcak, Vucic said that for Serbia, the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities is something that cannot be overlooked.

"Solve all world issues and then we return to KAS." No, first the Association of Serbian Municipalities and then we will discuss those world issues", said the president of Serbia. He has warned that he will raise this issue tomorrow at the Summit.
