The US-EU pressure on Serbia and Kosovo has never been so strong, this is how the internationals "cut off the arms" of Putin and Vucic for destabilizing scenarios in the Balkans

Since the rhetoric of politicians in Serbia and Kosovo in recent weeks, which has been warmongering, including threats by Serbian President Aleksandar Vu?i? that Serbia could use its howitzers located near the border with Kosovo "for half an hour to flatten the bases of Kosovo's forces on the ground", to the diplomatic circles, which are giving great hopes that a miracle will happen soon and that both Serbia and Kosovo will accept the proposal of the Franco-German plan for the "basic agreement for the normalization of relations ". The Americans and the EU put the Serbian president's "feet in a shoe". He warned that there will be sanctions and a deadlock of negotiations if the Franco-German plan is not accepted. The Serbian president said that the EU and the US will withdraw investments if Belgrade refuses. He stated that there are no more severe sanctions than the withdrawal of investments. "I was told about this three times. Or accept everything, immediately, which also means Kosovo in the UN. I am for that path of compromise", said Vucic. The Serbian president said that it is necessary to understand "which is Serbia's strength and which is theirs". Vucic has shown that even Slobodan Milosevic thought until the last moment that bombs would not be dropped on Serbia. "It took a few days to understand that the bombs were falling in Serbia," said Vucic.

Strong pressure on Serbia and Kosovo

The pressure on Serbia and Kosovo has never been so strong from the international community. Instead of an ideal deal, the US-EU are working on a possible solution. The tensions in the North showed that the war between Serbia and Kosovo was closer than ever and the Balkans, otherwise known as the "powder keg", could explode in the hands of Europe at an inopportune moment where the war in Ukraine still continues. On the other hand, the US-EU are turning their eyes to Serbia and Kosovo as, even though Russia is in a much weaker position at present, when faced with fierce Ukrainian resistance and subject to international isolation, Moscow can instigate and use a possible new conflict in the Balkans as a second front to divert Western attention from the war in Ukraine.

This is how Russia is using Serbia to destabilize the Balkans

Rusia  vazhdon të trazoje ujërat në Ballkan nëpërmjet Republikës Sirpsk dhe nëpërmjet Serbisë. Qëllimi i saj ka qenë dhe vazhdon te jetë destabilizimi i Ballkanit për të realizuar strategjinë e saj tinëzare. Ajo dëshiron të mbajë konflikt të ndezur në Bosnje Hercegovinë. Por ndërkombëtarët po bëjnë përpjekje të vazhdueshme që të ruhen balancat që të mos shpërthejnë kriza të tjera siç mund të jetë kjo e Ballkanit Perëndimor edhe pse Rusia po mbështet në të gjitha mënyrat përpjekjet për të destabilizuar  rajonin e Ballkanit. Përpjekje këto që po rezultojnë të suksesshme pasi ato rrezikojnë që të ndezin një konflikt në rajon, ku pikërisht ky rajon ka qenë skenë e shumë luftërave. Rusia nuk do të donte në mënyrë të hapur gjakderdhje në Ballkan por ata do të preferojnë ta mbajnë vendit të dobët dhe të kenë ndikim në NATO. Moska, në disa raste deri më tani, ka akuzuar Bashkimin Evropian (BE) për “pafuqi” dhe “paaftësi” për të zgjidhur mosmarrëveshjet ndërmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtinës. Në rastet e fundit të krizës së fortë të targave, Rusia i hodhi “benzinë zjarrit” duke u mbështetur hapur krah Serbisë dhe duke hedhur sulme të forta ndaj Perëndimit.
