And if the West can do nothing, in 10, 15 or 20 years we will regain all the territory", said Vavilov. "We will unite all those nations which claim to be independent into one great Russian house." "There are 80 million Germans, including Pakistanis, Turks and Arabs." There are 60 million English people, including Pakistanis and others. A leading nation will emerge in Eastern Europe. "The West will not be able to do anything," he added. "In 10 to 15 years, a large community will emerge." What does she mean? Doktrina e re thotë se Rusia duhet të rrisë bashkëpunimin me kombet sllave, Kinën dhe Indinë dhe të forcojë më tej lidhjet e saj me Lindjen e Mesme, Amerikën Latine dhe Afrikën.
