Two perfect combinations! Garlic and lemon to lose weight in a "crazy" way

Garlic is known for treating hypertension, diabetes and various cardiovascular diseases. Researchers at the Weizman Institute have found that garlic is an ideal ingredient for metabolism and aids in weight loss.
It improves digestion and promotes the secretion of gastric juices. Garlic contains allicin which is responsible for regulating blood levels, while its thermogenic effect helps burn fat. It has been proven that it is better to eat raw garlic because cooked ones reduce the amount of allicin.
3 cloves garlic.
1 lemon (juice).
1 glass of water.
Squeeze the lemon and pour its juice into a glass of water. Finely chop the garlic and add to the glass of water and lemon juice. You can drink this mixture every morning on an empty stomach. It is recommended that this treatment be followed for about 2 weeks in order to give the desired results.
