Sugar

Excess of vitamin A supplements

The body needs vitamin A and it is good to get it from fresh fruits and vegetables, especially those that are red, orange and yellow. But if you take supplements or supplements that have high doses of vitamin A, it can be a problem for your liver. Check with your doctor before taking any extra vitamin A because you probably don't need it.

You should consume less alcohol than you might think. Consuming too much is bad for your liver. If you do consume alcohol, be sure to keep it to a minimum. The right amount is one drink a day for women and up to 2 drinks a day for men.
