Fennel Seeds With Honey Against Cough and Bronchitis
You can find dill seeds at spice shops.
Take a glass jar (250 ml) and fill half of it with crushed fennel seeds.
Then fill the jar with honey and make sure all the seeds are completely covered.
Mix together with a wooden spoon and close the lid.
Leave the jar in a cool, dark place and open it daily to mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Fennel seeds and honey should be allowed to stand together for 2 to 4 weeks.
Next, place a pot of a little water on the fire and when it heats up insert the sealed jar into it.
Remove the pot from the heat and leave the jar until the honey is diluted.
Then drain with a clean cloth or fine colander.
