But according to nutritionist Laura Burak, if we want to eat healthy, some foods should be found at home so that you have different options on what to eat, and your meals are easier.

Foods that should not be missing from your refrigerator:

One egg contains 78 calories and is rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals and good fatty acids. You can make scrambled eggs, healthy sandwiches and other meals that will keep you full for hours.
