Chamomile Cold Tea For Freshness And Good Health

Cold herbal teas are unanimously recommended by experts to beat the heat and strengthen immunity.

They not only quench thirst and heat but give the body a range of vitamins and minerals not found in other processed beverages.

To prepare this iced tea you need:

2 chamomile tea bags or 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile.

250 ml of boiled water.

For sweetening tea you can choose: sugar, honey, mint leaves or citrus slices.

Once the water has boiled, remove the kettle from the heat and add the tea bags.

Soak in water for 5 to 10 minutes and then remove the sachets from the kettle.

Pour the liquid into a jar and add your favorite sweetener.

When it has cooled enough, place in the refrigerator.

After 20 minutes pour a few ice cubes into the glass, add the chilled chamomile tea, a few mint leaves if you find them and enjoy.
