A serious incident occurred during a duel in the ring. Luis Quinones was a new name in the world of boxing, who gave his life on the "battlefield".

In a super lightweight bout for the national title, he faced Jose Munoz (21), an undefeated fighter up to that point. Not only was the 25-year-old Quinones defeated for the first time, but yesterday, after five days in an induced coma, he passed away.

The Colombian boxer fell to the ground after the blows he received from his opponent in the 8th round. He was rushed to the hospital in Barranquilla, where he was put into an induced coma.

We remind you that this is not the first case of the death of a boxer this year. A similar tragedy happened earlier in South Africa.
