"Codacons", the consumer protection organization and the Association "Club Napoli Maradona" have appealed to the Administrative Court of Lazio the decisions of the sports courts, requesting that the removal of the championship title of Juventus and its transfer to Napoli, which was ranked in second place.

According to the request presented by a group of lawyers representing them, it is estimated that "the Federal Court has confirmed that the Juventus club has violated the regularity of the 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 championships". On these grounds, it is requested to remove the championship title won by the whites in the 2018-2019 season and pass it to the Neapolitans, according to the regulation for proven violations of the cubes for the seasons in question.

Lawyer Enriko Lubrano has made it clear that even in this case, the rule of "Calciopoli" had to be applied, where Juventus was stripped of the camp title for the seasons where the violations were found.
